2 amazing women who dedicated decades to Midco. One who built the best training department I had ever seen and another who built an amazing team that completed large projects within 1 % of projected budget were basically forced out the door as they reached age 60. While 3 men (same age range), one who literally hit someone with a golf cart at a company sponsored golfing event (liquor was involved), another who was sued for having female sales managers come to his suite for a so called meeting, and a third who LITERALLY had an entire department threaten to quit all kept their executive positions. How's that for a toxic environment for women.
