Pros

Working as a QA Automation Engineer at INX was a great experience. QA is treated as a true engineering role, with strong ownership over automation, testing architecture, and system reliability. The work is technically challenging, involving APIs, backend logic, and real production-critical flows. The team is professional and collaborative, and quality has a real impact on the product. Overall, it’s an excellent environment for anyone who wants to grow as a technically strong QA automation engineer.

Cons

Some of the downsides of working at INX are related mainly to growth and compensation. Career progression is quite limited, with few clear paths for advancement or role evolution over time. Despite strong individual contribution and increasing responsibilities, there were no salary raises for extended periods (including spans of two years), which can be discouraging. For engineers who are motivated by continuous career development and financial growth, this lack of progression and compensation adjustment may be a significant drawback.

Pros

Free storage unit for employees

Cons

This is the most poorly run organization Management is horrible There is a lot of family members that work for company that makes all the rules. It expects you to pick up trash. Pull weeds sweep and mop hallways. Then work daily in the heat with no breaks. All sites are under staffed and underpaid. The workload of 1 person is equivalent to that of 3. The rules and policies are total trash
