Pros
The fact that they genuinely don't care about the business in general and their vendors make you work with no pressure what so ever
Cons
My experience with Midis Group Group was nothing short of disappointing. The HR department is entirely powerless and functions more as a rubber stamp than an advocate for employees. They’re either uninformed or completely ineffective in resolving even basic workplace issues. The General Managers are known for making promises they have no intention of keeping—whether it’s about promotions, raises, or operational improvements. This culture of false assurances is a norm, not an exception. Compensation across the group is significantly below market standards, with no real pathway for financial growth or fair rewards. Unsurprisingly, this has led to alarmingly high turnover, which the management seems to treat with complete indifference. Internally, the group misrepresents its vendors to employees, and externally, they damage vendor reputations with poor practices and unprofessional conduct. They claim to operate with a "Chinese wall" between vendors, but in reality, sensitive data is freely shared across entities—raising major ethical and legal concerns. The workplace culture is toxic—impolite, dismissive, and deeply unprofessional. Many employees, demoralized by the lack of respect and integrity, end up doing the bare minimum or actively disengaging from their roles. In short, this is a group that fails on almost every front: integrity, professionalism, employee treatment, and vendor relations. If you’re considering working here or doing business with them—think again.
