Pros

Can’t think of any apart from its a central location

Cons

Staff were pretty much forced to work from the office during the pandemic as they were told that they weren’t trusted to work from home. Training is seen as a waste of money unless there’s a sales benefit. No management structure and no one knows who they report to. Culture of blame throughout the company with staff regularly blamed to the customers for mistakes by the sales led operation. Culture of “rinsing” the customer for all they can once signed up and in contract. People work in silo’s and against each other to keep their jobs.
