Pros
Good Company Values and Ethics. Good product striving to keep improving its manufacturing processes and quality. CEO has a sincere direction for the company and its place in the industry.
Cons
Management doesn't walk the talk. Revenue relies too much around making distributors happy through entertaining them instead of adding true value to the company's product and history. Giving distributors a platform that they can't do without such as (automated ordering system, loyalty incentives, clinical education, professional and solution based sales education vs. just features & benefits) instead of trying to be their best friend and entertaining them all the time.
