There are no pros to working at Midnight Health

Cons

Leadership are completely incompetent No career progression prospects at all Cliquey behaviour amongst leaders Massive round of heartless redundancies, where those made redundant were treated like criminals Extremely toxic internal culture pitting people against each other

Midnight Health are committed to the development and growth of all of our employees, and all team members are encouraged to have conversations about their career and have a development plan to work on with their manager. Unfortunately in November 2023 we did need to make a few members of our team redundant which was a difficult decision for our leadership team to make, but was needed for the future growth of the business. We genuinely care about all of our employees and do hope that you have been able to find another role to utilise your skills and experience. We take all feedback seriously and are continually striving to make Midnight Health an exceptional place to work.

Flexible working hours allow for a healthy work-life balance, making it easier to manage personal and professional commitments. You have the autonomy to take ownership of your tasks and projects, empowering you to make decisions and showcase your skills. Additionally, all feedback—whether it's suggestions, concerns, or ideas—is actively welcomed, valued, and thoughtfully considered, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and mutual respect.

Cons

The usual Start up / Scale up challenges, work can e hectic sometimes and need to be able to juggle priorities at a short notice.
