Pros
Good culture, fair benefit, and very friendly environment where you can call your boss with casual manner. You will learn a lot of things at Midtrans that actually good for you.
Cons
You will be overworked with your assignments because there is a lot of Product Knowledge you need to handle at Midtrans. Your management, on the other hand, anticipates that you will offer every detail. You may be under pressure if you are unable to keep up with the fast phase. And, as an AM, you are required to work on the weekend because your client has reported the problem, which your manager will thoroughly investigate.
