Pros
Decent enough pay. Vacation time is usually pretty flexible. Good benefits. Good out-of-college job to start.
Cons
You're not really sure what management is thinking. They may tell you they expect something more out of you but not specify on what they're looking for. Mobility is usually politically motivated but that's how it is in most companies. No real authority unless it's direct management.
