Pros

There are probably zero pros aside from its a job.

Cons

I started this job on a Monday and by the end of shift on Wednesday I was notified that I was terminated. The reviews about the owner are true. Brings his dogs to work and lets them roam free around the office peeing and pooping inside the cubicles. He is very rude and disrespectful towards the employees and swears at them and belittles them. I was on my 3rd day of training before I even received a desk but I was terminated because I was constantly away from my desk or on my phone... Training consisted of them handing me a stack of paper files to review on my first day while sitting in a conference room. I sat with some people and shadowed for a bit and took my regular breaks. The morning of the 3rd day I was finally given a desk to sit at which smelled like dog urine and was not comfortable sitting there. I was given 4 claims to review in which I did and by the end of the day I was advised that my co workers complained to the CFO that I was constantly away from my desk and on my phone which is a complete lie made up by her and the owner. Their system tracks time and notes in claims in which I logged but according to her I did zero work on my 3rd day of training which is also my first day even logging in to a computer or having a desk to sit at. This place is very hostile and the owner repeatedly called people out of their name during my interview. I should have declined the position at that point.

Pros

The company gives you the experience to excel in the industry, you learn a lot of things that put you ahead of others at different companies. Hybrid work. The office is near the mall, Marta and restaurants so easy to get around. Management is very flexible and tries to cater towards making it easy for the adjusters here.

Cons

The learning curve is difficult the first 3-6 months due to the insurance involving Tractor-Trailers. It was for me coming from Personal Auto

Pros

There is not pros working at a company like this

Cons

My experience working here was very negative because of the behavior and management style of the owner, Jeff Washburn. He openly displays strong political beliefs in the office, including wearing Trump shirts and keeping a large picture of Donald Trump in his office, which creates an uncomfortable and divisive atmosphere. Communication from management was often aggressive and disrespectful. On one occasion, Jeff Washburn yelled at me, put his hand in my face, and repeatedly closed the door in my face during a conversation — an extremely unprofessional and intimidating situation. The company also misleads applicants about its “hybrid” work policy. You are told the role is hybrid, but you don’t receive any remote days until after 90 days, and even then, the requirement is pushed back to 120 days or more. Overall, this organization lacks professionalism, transparency, and respect for employees. I would not recommend it as a healthy or honest workplace.
