      Pros

      Good pay and PTO. BCBAs that work hard to create positive culture.

      Cons

      Very poor communication from upper management. Most of upper management is completely out of touch with the ABA and autism world. Main concern is making money, very little consideration for actual client needs. Very little clinical support available for BCBAs. Very little focus on safety training for staff. Long hours with sessions from 8:30 to 4:30, leading to high RBT burn out.

      - Leadership is ever evolving and looking for ways to improve - Opportunities for growth - Team is full of passionate individuals

      Cons

      - Everyday is different which can be seen as a pro but if you like predictability, this is not the job for you. Flexibility is needed!
