Hard to an expert in one line of product too many lines

Internally, nice people and if given the opportunity could do well.

The owner doesn't have the ability to pivot out of a 1950's sales model. I am the man mentality doesn't allow anyone to do their jobs which causes confusion over process and workflow. There is no collaboration between the staff. Admin is butt in the seats mentality. The commission structure is so confusing no one understands it.
