Pros

Opportunity to gain teaching experience Clients are generally enthusiastic about Pilates Fast-paced environment for instructors who like variety

Cons

Leadership structure feels unclear, and decision-making lacks transparency. Compensation and pay structure are not clearly defined, which creates confusion for instructors. High turnover among both instructors and management, leading to inconsistency in operations and studio culture. Communication and professionalism within management could be improved. Workplace conversations sometimes feel unprofessional and focused on internal gossip rather than team development. Branding and marketing materials, including company photos and uniforms, feel outdated and do not reflect a modern fitness brand. Overall organization and operational systems would benefit from stronger structure and clearer standards.

Cons

Wearing uniform - not exactly pretty Lack of core client base (most classes get filled up with class pass)
