Pros
The people were nice and friendly.
Cons
Low base pay ($14/hr) Only way to increase pay is if the entire production floor meets metrics, then they up your pay to around $19/hr If you miss a day of work, they fine you $200 off your next check where you earn a bonus. Absolutely horrendous training program consisting of shadowing agents before you have any information to work with and very low quality "training videos" consisting of unmoderated ZOOM or TEAMS meetings covering a version of the CRM software that's been modified for a completely different company. They expect you to have learned everything you need to know by the 2nd day you walk in the door with a very uncomfortable "questionairre" They don't let you fill out actual new hire paperwork such as an I-9, W-4, or Direct Deposit form, presumably until they put you in production, so they don't have to pay you when you realize it's a terrible place to work.
