      Company Culture is very good. Credibility to everything you do. Flexible Work hours, no matter when you work, just be accountable for your work. Everyone is your friend, be it juniors, seniors or even founders. They give complete accountability of your work to you, you set your own deadlines.

      I want to share my experience applying for a UX designer role at Mike Legal. Be cautious—this company will assign you a lengthy task without properly gathering your details, only to ghost you afterward by deleting all communication. This happened to me through Wellfound. It's a pathetic approach that reflects a poor company culture. I seriously question how companies like this succeed when they can't even follow basic professional standards.
