Pros
Friendly staff (except for my former team lead who would rage almost every day) On slow days it was easygoing. You take your breaks/lunch whenever you want Nearly 100% of the work is over the phone and computer, other than team meetings, so its not physically strenuous at all
Cons
I worked here twice; the first time communication was an issue, the lead would tell me procedures and later when they were wrong she would tell me "I didn't tell you that" There was too much work to allocate to subcontractors and not enough available subcontractors; this would result in orders becoming late as the company scrambled to find anyone available in the area(s) to perform the work, even if they had to drive 100 miles to do it. Being the middleman you'd have to explain both to the client why their work is late, and to the subcontractor why they're getting paid less for substandard work. You're on the phone almost the whole time you don't have much to allocate for processing the actual work. Also, you have a lot more work dumped on you than what you were getting paid for. Got migraines during my tenure there
