Pros

Great place for people who do not like to make huge decisions and like to be guided by their managers with constant supervision. You will clock in and clock out in a very stable environment, and if you do not mind not being participative or creating new initiatives, this may be a good fit for you. Employees are very friendly overall and very helpful. The employee space at the newest office is very clean and nice. Technology works very well. The company really seems to care for the children, diversity and inclusive. They invest in training for the front line professionals.

Cons

miscommunication lack of transparency toxic environment hostile communication employee's are not listen to controlling management defensiveness

Thank you taking the time to share your feedback about our work environment. We’re glad to hear that you had a pleasant experience with your coworkers and that the work space was comfortable. Thank you for mentioning our focus on training and professional development. It is a the heart of what we try to provide to our team members….opportunities for growth and learning. Very sorry to hear that you did not feel listened to. That’s disappointing since we care very much about our coworkers’ concerns.

Pros

They try to give good benefits compared to other ECE programs.

Cons

The worst thing about working here was the fakeness. The CEO Pamela Harris only cares how things look, not about what’s really happening. So on PD days we all have to sit on zoom and listen to her tell us all about all the great things we’re doing and you sit there thinking ‘then why is every day a mess of chaos, understaffing, and news of the latest firing?!’ Licensing and Head Start say you can’t be one teacher alone with the children but Mile High’s entire staffing plan is set up that way and then they fire staff when something goes wrong in that scenario. The few good people in management have all been fired or left. The rest are so afraid to speak truth to the CEO that its gas lighting every day, every where.
