Never felt valued or respected, for how much they claimed to value and respect us. Burnt out so quickly with lack of support, even after continuously expressing our needs to upper management.
The nail in the coffin for me was when they asked staff to donate parts of their paychecks to a charity the company benefitted from working with. In a pandemic, when multiple of my coworkers were making so little working here that they actually qualified for assistance programs. It wasn't mandatory, but having the highest of leadership ask this made many staff feel the need to give what they didn't have. Just left such a bad taste in my mouth.
