Pros

Some of employees are really nice and there are some good providers, but are in a tough spot because people are trying to maintain jobs during COVID and people have families to take care of. The growth director is great. She tries. Working from home is a plus, but you feel the toxicity through the computer.

Cons

False promises. They do not honor the contract. They are constantly trying to get your patient loads to increase. The company is so inconsistent. Extremely high turnover! Every review can’t be wrong! They do not honor contracts. They told us incentives within the contract, then stated we aren’t doing contracts just because they did not want to pay. Never paid providers bonuses that were in the contract. Always blaming people in the office for “mess ups” in the contract when they have only had but one provider last a year because they literally will not honor anything in the contract. CEO stated.. “I’m not doing bonuses” when it was in the contract just because he felt like not paying, even though people EARNED IT. If you take time off, you will literally be stalked on your time off. Don’t have a emergency or get sick.. they will call you 10 times back to back with crazy voicemails. There are some good people at the company, but manipulation is at its finest. You will have no breaks and no work life balance, and even then they will try to increase your patient load. Will WORK YOU LIKE A SLAVE. Benefits are nonexistent, and the ones they have are trash. They even took 30 hours of PTO away and blamed the contract on a person who left the company. They take NO responsibility. There is so much manipulation, it is ridiculous. I would not recommend anyone to work here. Not only that.. the excess amount of benzos and stimulants the patients are on is ridiculous. They will try to coerce you to prescribe to keep patients, and if you don’t agree with prescribing something outrageous, they will just give the patient to a naive provider who will prescribe the med. That is all the company cares about.. MONEY. If you are naive and a yes man... then this is the company for you. Every single policy they make, they go back on. Every policy! They make policies on a whim which make no sense. They “monitor” spy on your skype.. emails.. and even personals. They don’t even like the providers to communicate because everything comes to the light. Then, the CEO brags about how he has all the people make so much money for him sooo he can buy LAMBOs and be a millionaire while not paying his employees what they are owed! Please look at reviews before you make a mistake and come to this company. Protect your license. Protect your sanity. Work for a company who genuinely cares about you as an employee and who cares about patients and giving quality care! No one lasts whether office staff or providers, but not because they were “fired” but because they realize this is a terrible work environment. If a job makes you feel it is a bad work environment FROM HOME.. that says alot!! The positive reviews are FAKE from mgmt or owner. Everyone who has quit says they are happy they did!

Pros

Love the support from staff! Very supportive of my practice, and very supportive if I choose to dismiss a patient or recommend them a higher level of care.

Cons

It took a few months to start because credentialing was a little slow, (but thats how it is for every job ive ever worked at).

Pros

I can’t think of a single pro

Cons

This is a toxic and deeply frustrating place to work. Leadership has no clear direction and consistently shows a lack of understanding of the work their own teams are doing. They make promises they don’t keep, avoid accountability, and leave staff to deal with the consequences. Workloads will increase with no recognition, no support, and no meaningful changes in pay. Employees are treated like numbers, not people, and there is little to no concern for burnout or wellbeing. What’s most troubling is the lack of honesty. leadership will say whatever sounds good in the moment, even when it’s not true, which has completely eroded trust. Overall, this company prioritizes profit above everything else, including patient care and the people doing the work. Terrible place to work.
