Pros

The salaries are competitive for the EVSE industry .

Cons

I worked at Milence for 1 year, and unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. One of the main issues I encountered was the lack of respect for the boundaries of assigned tasks. I was frequently asked to perform tasks that were outside my job description, and when I politely refused to do things that were not my responsibility, it was used as a pretext to terminate my employment. It's clear that the company does not respect its employees by imposing responsibilities on them for which they are neither trained nor compensated. This type of behavior creates a stressful and unmotivating work environment. Moreover, communication within the team and with management leaves much to be desired. Expectations are unclear, and there is no real support for those who try to do their job properly. In summary, I would not recommend Milence to anyone looking for a healthy and respectful work environment. My experience was disappointing, and I believe others should be warned about the problematic company culture.
