my co-workers are honest and good people shame to see the way they are treated.

When i started i thought im going to be part of somthing big. unfortuantly, things only got worse and the human relation aspect when it comes to the managers and founder is the worse i ever encountered.

Small team enviorment may be good for some

Working at Mileutis was a paradoxical experience. Despite being a small company, the atmosphere was anything but warm and familial. Throughout my extensive tenure here, I perpetually felt unappreciated and undervalued by the management. The compensation was consistently mediocre, failing to match the level of dedication and hard work that the role demanded. Raises were few and far between, and when they did occur, they were minimal—barely keeping pace with the cost of living. What was particularly disheartening was the blatant favoritism exhibited by the management. Although small in size, resembling a 'family company,' the management seemed distant and primarily focused on advancing the interests of their own family members. The opportunities for professional growth and development were virtually non-existent. It felt as though I was trapped in a stagnant position, with no clear or fair path for advancement. In summary, my time at Mileutis was marked by a cold, distant management team, inadequate compensation, blatant favoritism, and a frustrating lack of opportunities for career growth. I sincerely hope that future employees will encounter a more equitable and nurturing environment than the one I experienced.
