Milk Agency is one of the most unprofessional work environments I've experienced to date. Management pins employees against one another and fosters a gossip culture. If you're not there to play the gossip game, or the MD doesn't like you for some reason or another, you'll get booted - the place is a revolving door. It's a whole smoke and mirrors show from "clients" to the "creative team". Don't waste your time here.
