      Millar Cameron is a company that truly believes in hiring young talent. The company has given several students straight out of university (Including myself) the ability to prove themselves in a Sales Environment. The company has been a huge benefit to my career and I m truly very grateful

      A very competitive market, makes Work Life balance sometimes a little hard.

      Pros

      Really interesting markets and clients. Excellent career opportunities. Good earning potential. There is a very flat management structure and the people that work there are nice.

      Cons

      The role can be stressful and targets are challenging. There have been real improvements in training and development however still a little way to go.
