The pros of wording for this company are the amount of autonomy, flexibility and ability to arrange personal schedules with work load. I enjoy being paid in a piece work manner because I have the opportunity to determine my own wage.

The mid level management that I have experienced are very self absorbed and generally more concerned with the goals and numbers placed upon them that they do not manage or empower the contractors that are actually doing the work that their numbers are based upon.
