Pros
New uniforms every season, yearly boots covered upto $465! Great benefits, optional coverage to increase life insurance, matching RRP program. It operates within a simple system, to achieve X do Y. (Which a lot of corporation fails to keep it simple, that's where they over complicate the system and fail) Most importantly, they pay sick days at the end of year along with unused vacation funds. It's a family run business mentality, once you are in, it's very hard to lose your family position unless you intentionally show it. Lots of overtime, management are very understand to me by not hiring temporary help. Owner is a humble man, even with all his achievement you know foremost of all he is a good man.
Cons
Competition and connections are brutal, but it's the price for only the best. đ Too bad I don't know anyone, and my education are not connected hence did not qualify for course reimbursement. And meeting people are like a deck of card, everyday is a new day you don't know what cards are dealt within that operational hours.
