Doesn’t matter how hard you work if management doesn’t like you or in a matter of 5 years your doing everything great but have 1 bad day forget about moving up. Everything is friendship based and salary SUCKS FOR ALL THE WORK THEY MAKE YOU DO. They use people to get what they want and then when you ask to move up and have all the Requirements they won’t choose you because they want to keep you where you are at but will pick someone who doesn’t know as much as you do or because they are buddies. Don’t waste your time their are better companies out their that will pay you what you are worth and will respect you. Lastly all of management lacks communication and they don’t know how the process works but will act like they do even though you have have been their for 6 years and they just started..... experience beats degree every time. Also new hires are making more than employees who have been their for YEARSSSS. That should explain everything.
