Hurco buy out began to gut the place of its soul Hurco promised no one would be fired, walked more than half of the work force within a year. Quality of machine builds fell off with Hurco manufacturing overseas. Began to worry only about marketing tactics rather than pride and quality. Extremely low pay for their skilled employees.

Good people work there. Many improvements made to better organize operations and improve quality.

Many rapid changes in top management over a few years made work environment disjointed. Goals not always consistent across company.
