Nice office with nice people, travel sometimes included as part of work
Cons
Responsibility for outcomes laid on employee base fully but no real support offered for upskilling for developers. All upskilling is assumed to be taken on employees own time and at their own cost. Staff are greatly underpaid in relation to the market rates.
