Great culture and work-life-balance. Opportunity to take ownership of role in the construction process. Lots of very experienced employees to teach technical knowledge.

I completed design work for a home remodel project of theirs in Boulder. I got home owner approval and City approval on my plans. Milo paid my first invoice but has not paid my second (in my contract amount) and it has been over a year. They will not respond to communications. Don't trust these guys!
