      No Life Work Balance No proper training for new employees & management system is chaotic Professionalism is not a practice Long working hour with no overtime pay

      On time in their salary.

      Cons

      A lot of unpaid OT. They will not let u leave for the day unless the seniors let go of u, literally. The operations manager does not know how to critique constructively.
