Pros
compensation is decent they provide split offs. entirely day shift and / or rotational at the same time. good transport facility provision of Provident Fund as part of compensation. lots of opportunities to work on different processes that suits your qualification. good brand image
Cons
there is huge disconnect between what is expected by Quality team and what is being trained. the Operations Managers dont even interact with the new joinees periodically and understand their needs. the Quality team only likes to fail the new joinees in mock calls and expect the joinees to know what is not thought. the Quality team is biased and only want to show their superiority and boss over the new joinees. they dont look at what good things the new employee bring to the organization. those who make through mock calls also quit because of lack of hands on training and different expectation from different Quality & Operations managers.
