Diverse projects that push creativity, approachable managers who actually listen, chance to upgrade skills regularly, flexible timings, and a collaborative work culture that makes daily tasks engaging.

Cons

Sometimes deadlines feel too tight, internal communication between teams can be smoother, limited recreational activities, and occasional workload spikes during client-heavy months.

Pros

Honestly, I didn’t find many positives during my time here. You may get to work on different client projects, but the environment overshadows any potential learning.

Cons

Salary Issues: They claim to hold 5 days’ salary from the first two months and promise to release it after you serve the notice period — but they never let employees serve the full notice, so that amount is never paid. No Pay for Actual Work Done: Even the salary for the actual number of days worked (if you resign or are terminated mid-month) is often withheld without explanation. Toxic HR Culture: The HR acts like she owns the company — walking around without shoes, showing unprofessional behavior, and spreading misinformation. She blocks communication between employees and the actual management and often uses the phrase “Boss ne bola hai” to justify her own decisions. Unethical Practices: Many promises made during hiring are never fulfilled. There's a lack of transparency, no job security, and lots of internal politics.
