Pros

Some people and departments are really good and have incredibly talented people.

Cons

Seem to be running out of ideas after small incremental redundancies (avoiding any negative headlines) and thinking that outsourcing of marketing and HR will save the company when it only really shows the cost saving to the external world. Decent clients but messy and disjointed internally with a tied tagline of trying to make things easier for clients and the business (easy to buy easy to sell) when things are quite obviously not that. Lots of bad business ideas and decisions from senior management that parrot ideas amongst themselves. The share price reflects the way the company is heading.

Pros

Lovely Coworkers in the organization.

Cons

Morale has taken a huge hit, and a lot of people are already looking for a way out. The work-life balance and overall culture have become genuinely toxic. I witnessed a coworker get bullied out of the organization by management a few months ago. Overall a toxic environment. MindGym is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
