      There is no much more pros about this company...

      Cons

      They don't know how to hire the employees... They need to hire some senior People for manager positions they used to hire very normal graduates for manager positions.. We don't know when they will close the company and they wont pay your PF properly.. Please don't work for this particular company... And don't waste your career at any cost.. WORST COMPANY EVER..

      Pros

      I was working in the client place of MindRiver Systems India Pvt Ltd and after working for 2 years as a contract employee I got absorbed in the client company. Thanks to the first opportunity given by MindRiver.

      good working atmosphere and good scope in learning new things. new ideas are welcome by the seniors. good payscale.

      Cons

      very short time for lunch. team management should be improved.
