Pros
The mission of this company is powerful with amazing outcomes for it's clients. Being part of the healing journey through guiding and hold sacred space offers fulfillment and is a great motivator to show up fully for the work. The team is very supportive and its almost never a challenge to gain support if a shift is needing to be covered. Communication with the leaders is improving and there is opportunities for learning.
Cons
For the energy and knowledge required for this role, it is severely underpaid. There is not enough hours to truly make a living from this position. Though there is a discount for employees to receive treatment, it's a useless perk if there is no clinician in the employee's state.
