      1. Toxic work culture, most of there words are ironic. flips according to there conveniences. 2. No proper resource management. 3. Blames you even its there mistakes, ego drives them 4. No vision or mission.

      Management is helpful and tried to solve employees problems as much they can. Previous clients are good and thus having some good projects Good blockchain team. Being service based company great place to learn new blockchain technologies

      Cons

      Less appraisals and increments. Struggling to onboard new projects. No other benefits than fixed pay.
