      Pros

      Lots of positives going on at Mindfield. - Able to work from home - Great new customers - EOS process - Everyone is always willing to help each other I don't get the other reviews about benefits, all salaried employees get benefits.

      Cons

      - Can feel a little disconnected from people because of most working from home / remotely - Office can feel empty on some days when many are working from home - Recruiter bonus program needs adjustments

      Everyone was super cool and we worked on awesome projects.

      - Working from home since pandemic - Paycheques showed up - Supportive teammates who got it

      Cons

      - Bad leadership like really really bad leadership at the top - Good leaders either quit or get let go like recently - no regard for seniority - Constant changes with no meaning or basis in reality - never holding the right people accountable - leaders never taking accountability themselves - blaming recruiters for bad job deals when recruiters do all the hard work
