Pros
I was happy to get some experience in the industry, so that was good for me. The more I work though, the more I actually now see how poorly run management is. I had some good times and laughs, but, in the end, I would tell everyone I know not to work there because of the stress and how they treat people is so so SO awful in the end. Everyone gets axed except for the two in the charge who are the REASON WHY there are so many issues!

Don't believe the recent posts saying growth is possible because it's really not. There are no growth opportunities because in all actuality, they let people go as soon as they make too much money or get more respect. There's no loyalty to ANYONE-- even when they say there is. The two top people think they're super business savvy, but they aren't. They want "feedback" and "honesty", but, if you dare give them honest feedback, they hold it against you. I've seen so many people laid off because they were just giving normal feedback. The two heads in charge cannot take a single word of criticism. They will do everything to remove bad reviews because they can't handle the truth of their actions. The only honest person in leadership was let go after me I found out. Everyone who worked there or works there now was stunned. It says so much that a company would let the one caring person who did everything to make the company so much better go. We all know the really downright awful and despicable reasons why too--- because she had cancer and because she was an immigrant. Everyone knows it so before you ever consider working here, just know that the most caring, loyal, savvy people are let go and every day will feel like you're getting fired even when your the best employee. They do not live up to any values. They do not care about people. Please please please PLEASE do yourself a favor--skip the stress and find someone who values you.
