Pros
Fun reality tv outfit in an office with big-kid toys and video games, quality craft service and occasional catering. A social workplace that offers up a worthy peer group.
Cons
Company culture is fun but can be cult-like and political. If you didn't cut your teeth there and you don't owe them for your career, you may never feel like an insider. Long term employees have complained to me that the founders wouldn't "let them" work for other reality tv shops.
