Great personnel to work with, who are extremely knowledgable. There are lots of resources for people to access and learn

Hierarchy do not care for people’s wellbeing and there are a lack of opportunities to progress. The pay is not the best and doesn’t measure against inflation. Lack of support for professional growth from seniority.
