Decent for a starter - Associate Mindspright Legal Employee Review

Interned here earlier in the year. Work was educational and fun only because the litigation associates were helpful and kind. The work can be intense because a lot is expected from interns, including working on saturdays. The Associates give a sweet note with brownie at end of every internship and hype you up. Other than these whole place is a circus.

Associates look dead most of the time because of lack of sleep and salary, like they have to hunt. Don't think they even get paid enough, I asked ex workers for their pay band, forget on time. Then there’s this comedy voucher system. Everyday scenes were associates arguing with clerks over dues. No HR, nothing structured—just run like a kirana shop and Partners screaming even at interns while watching movies and playing games. Met another intern who said same situation still going strong. Honestly, good luck to whoever wants to work here long-term.
