Pros

you will get lots of time for self study(because no projects ) you are able to learn new things (because they use to get any projects irrespective of technology) you will get salary on time (only salary nothing else) you can reach office late(but need to work till night,overnight ...) you can become hero any time by if you know only politics.

Cons

Managers are mentally not fit need to replace all of the them . The work starts after 3:00 PM intentionally so that pressure will always remain same . You cannot leave early . Plan it after 8:00 PM everyday and ready to work on weekends without pay. People there in some good projects are happy other than every where negativity. You will be demotivated even you can something good. Your job is not secured even you have a good potential. Managers are not qualified enough and they will never get job other than mindteck. Office politics is every where and you need to involve in that if you want growth other wise keep the same position .

They have great clients. Got to work with external client teams and lot of room for learning.

Cons

Sometimes work got very hectic
