Flexible schedule, easygoing management, easy access to upper management

Very high turnover rate. Not enough management review of employee career goals. Not enough challenging work. Laidback culture allows people with biased behavior towards underrepresented groups to go unchecked.

4. Many Prime contracts which adds balance if/when a contract closes out
5. Rapport built with customers
6. Aggressively pursuing new Prime contracts
7. Open to ideas

Not much.
1. Nothing in walking distance which forces you to bring your own food and save money. The Deli in the building is good though
