Pros
Minibar is an awesome work environment and about the best customer service position you can have! The work culture is very warm and flexible which I have not found in many of my remote positions. The management team is outstanding and I always feel supported. I have worked at Minibar for several years and the current team members and managers are the best they have ever been. Everything is efficient, well-organized, and Minibar really seems to work hard to make it a fun place to work. I plan on staying at Minibar for a long time. The perks of the position and the people that I work with have made me in it for the long haul!
Cons
Minibar has only been around for about 5 years and in the first several years there was some disorganization, lack of communication, and the management team at times was unprofessional and rules were not enforced. More recently this has not at all been an issue and the current leaders they have chosen are experienced and do anything they can to support the team both on shift and off. So as of right now I really cannot think of anything negative to say about it.
