I don't see anything good at this company at all. They will just keep on promising but not doing any thing to help improve the business

No perks, late incentives, No proper sourcing tools e.g, jobstreet, not good at decision making, the management will just keep asking for submits even if you don't have leads. A lot of websites where you can get applicants are blocked. No FB, Hangouts, so on. No email ettiquette

There are a lot of opportunities when working here.

Since you're just a contract employee, their goal is for you to be absorbed by their client company so it's really not a con.
