Pros
I had the privilege of working as an Administrative Assistant for the senior managers, particularly the CEO and EVP, at the Miniter Group from 2011-2014. With this level of management, there was little room for error, if any, on my part. I had to be very thorough and accurate with every task, as it directly affected their daily schedules and travel plans. The job was enjoyable and fulfilling, as every senior manager exhibited the kind of leadership qualities that made me feel respected, valued, and comfortable to come forward with any questions or concerns. My position and interactions gave me a window into how this company is run from the upper level, and I can honestly say that it is well run by professional, kind and intelligent people. While I am happy to have the luxury to be a stay at home mom with my two children, I do miss the work environment and employees from the Miniter Group, and I will always treasure that chapter of my life.
