      Good eye for talent, very successful, can obtain great experience.

      Cons

      They underpay, by A LOT. At the time, the exec team was power drunk. Did not take good advice when given by subordinates.

      Small company You will get to learn a lot since You have to work on anything they ask you to work on :)

      Should have more vacation, Medical benefit was not good enough
