* Culture has taken a huge hit the last year, going from very transparent to very protected. * Organization is not well functioning, which is seen of where decisions are made, poor and uninformed decisions, roadmap planning, deadlines, requirements setting (or lack of..). * Extensive micro management from leadership. * No personal development or career development. * Credit is not given where credit is due.
