Pros
As managers, Amy and Sophie are just spot on. You can talk to them about anything. They really are there to help you progress and build your confidence. If there is something you feel you're not comfortable doing then they will work compassionately with you to overcome it or give you an alternative route to still ensure you're doing your job to the best of your ability.
If you're slacking a little bit, then they will let you know, but in a manner where it's constructive and uplifting to get you back on track to key performance.
The work/life balance is fantastic and very important to the company. No-one wants a burnt out employee! We have the flexibility to choose our hours and whether we want to work from home or come into the office (work life is predominantly from home at the moment due to the lockdown, but when we're able to go back into the office, the choice will still be there).
Not only are the Mint Live team a good laugh when you're in the office environment, but when you're working from home, there is still the same atmosphere when talking to each other online.
The whole ethos of this company is to have fun and enjoy working in a team that strive to give the perfect customer service! We always aim for zero stress, however it will be a given in any company you work for, but here, they always recognise when you need to take a step back.
Cons
Not enough plants and flowers in the office!
