Pros
Mint was an incredible place for those who thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The culture celebrated creativity, transparency, and accountability — and leaders genuinely empowered people to make things happen. You could see your ideas come to life quickly, collaborate cross-functionally, and feel part of something dynamic and evolving. The team energy and sense of ownership made it a uniquely special experience in today’s corporate landscape.
Cons
The transition into T-Mobile has naturally brought change. Processes have slowed as Mint’s nimble culture integrates with a larger, more complex organization. Decision-making is layered, priorities are less clear, and some of the agility that made Mint so successful has been hard to maintain. While there’s a genuine desire to blend the best of both worlds, the reality of large-scale integration has created some growing pains and uncertainty about how much of Mint’s original spirit can truly endure.
