Great company - Anonymous employee Mint Solar Employee Review

The company has potential but sadly the company has lack of basic business ethics and no moral decency.

They have serious money and honesty issues. Employees have been getting the run around in regards to pay for the last month. Mint has paid checks late on a continual basis with a new excuse each time. Bonuses and commissions are not being paid and we are told they will be corrected on the next check but corrections are never made. If you talk to your manager about your pay or comission and why you did not recive it you are told the pay plan changed. If you say that payroll or another manager gave you the info you are told "That's not their department and they don't know what they are talking about." Absolutely no accountability they do not give you a hard copy of the pay plan so that they change it at their will. You will just get lie after lie and a new excuse every time you ask about your pay. Dishonesty is the basic business model of Mint. I am concerned about what kind of run around customers are getting.

Lied about being paid , they blame everything on the owners then the owners blame senior management. They promise to help you then they don’t, they get the financing from lenders and make the money from your sale and wait to pay you while your unable to eat, pay bills or rent. It’s been a mess and had left me so confused and sad about thentype of people in this world. I feel terrible for Sam’s club cause either way you look at they are creating a terrible reputation for sam’s Club and the entire solar industry Worst part is they are such good sales people themselves you believe what they say then your telling your customers and it ends up being all lies and they don’t care cause they have made money but you and the customers will end up getting screwed It’s a horrible company
